  8. Disk Type -    Size and Type of Midear the 
  9.                 software is stored on.
  10. Windows App -  Indercate if the software 
  11.                 is desinde to run under 
  12.                 Windows. (Microsoft)
  13. Date -         Defult is the current system 
  14.                 date.
  15. Location -     Enter a four charter code to 
  16.                 use as a tracking methord for 
  17.                 your program disks. 
  18.                 ie "B1"=Disk Storage Box #1.
  19. Program Size - This will Automaticly Retreve 
  20.                 the total size of all files 
  21.                 on the floppy disk inserted, 
  22.                 or Manualy enter the program 
  23.                 size in kilobytes (KB)
